Basic Stats:
[*]Agility - 6
[*]Speed - 5
[*]Strength - 6
[*]Defense - 1
[*]Evasiveness - 4
[*]Dexterity - 5
[*]Intelligence - 7
[*]Skill - 6

Special Attacks:
[*]Volt Driver- Stormer creates a lightning drill around Raijin's blade, and uses it to ram into an opponent. The drill lasts for about 2 minutes before disappearing. Costs 30 Lightning Points.
[*]Cross Shock- Stormer slashes a foe in an x-shape, then thrusts Raijin forward to launch an x-shaped blast of lightning at the foe. Costs 50 Lightning Points.
[*]Lightning Slam- (only usable in mid-air) Once Stormer leaps into the air, he can charge Raijin and point it downward to create a small shockwave of lightning wherever he lands. Costs 40 Lightning Points.
[*]Thunderball- Stormer fires 3 small and weak, but homing, balls of lightning at a foe. Costs 30 Lightning Points.
[*]Gigabolt Tornado- Stormer swings Raijin around in the air to create a powerful lightning tornado with a 30-ft radius. It's his most powerful move, but costs 195 Lightning Points and leaves him tired out for about a minute. Stormer only likes to use this as a last resort.
[*]Twin Slasher/Tsuinsurasshā (Done with Chiharu)- Stormer and Chiharu rapidly run past a target 5 times in an x-shape while slashing the target with their blades, then sheath their swords as the target falls to the ground in pain.
[*]Electro Dynamite/Erekutoro Dainamaito (Done with Chiharu)- Chiharu and Stormer fuse 3 Thunderballs into a small ball of Chiharu's holographic petals, which is then tossed like a grenade to release a rain of Holographic Petals and the 3 Thunderballs at a group of opponents. Costs 30 Lightning Points and requires 50 Holographic Petals.
[*]Dual Whirlwind/De~yuaru Senpū (Done with Chiharu)- Stormer and Chiharu combine their abilities to produce this devastating finishing attack. It involves the two of them swinging their swords in the air together to create a HUGE tornado of lightning and holographic petals with a radius of about 40 feet. It's insanely powerful and is their most powerful combined attack, but it consumes all of Stormer's Lightning Points and Chiharu's Holographic Petals, and leaves the two of them tired out afterwards.

Special Abilities:
[*]Lightning Control: Stormer's blade, Raijin, has the unique ability to control lightning and use it for special attacks. He has 200 points of lightning to use before overheating, and he likes to carefully spend it. Each non-special usage of the lightning costs 20 Lightning Points and consists of shooting a small stream of lightning at a target. He can recharge using batteries, with 1 battery = 10 Lightning Points, or it will recharge over time at a rate of 10 points every minute.
[*]Cyborg Enhancements: Stormer's cyborg parts enable him to run at speeds of up to 60 mph, lift up to roughly 250lbs, and give him reflexes that are much faster than those of a normal human. He runs on a special white energy core that provides him with unlimited energy, making it where food is a luxury for him, not a necessity to live. Despite no longer having a stomach, Stormer can still eat and drink like a normal human, as all the food and drink gets burned up by his core. His cybernetics are mostly covered up by synthetic skin, and are located in every part of his body but his spine and anything from the neck up. They resemble Raiden's (from Metal Gear Rising) cyborg body, but with the Thorne Industries logo on his chestplate and shoulders, and no high-heels.

Hobbies & Talents:
[*]Stormer is extremely skilled at Japanese swordplay, able to best most opponents in melee combat with ease.
[*]While he's not as skilled with guns as he is with his blade, he's a decent shot with his dual lever shotguns.
[*]He's also a very good tactical leader, and a very impressive speaker, able to rouse up a crowd with a fire in his voice.
[*]He does possess some technical knowledge and computer skills as well, though not to the extent that Chiharu does.
[*]He can also speak decent Japanese, taught to him by Chiharu during his time in Japan.
[*]He can also sing a mighty fine tune as well. Combined with Chiharu's piano playing, it makes for some lovely music.

Weaknesses:
[*]Stormer cannot swim and his lightning attacks don't work underwater. His added cybernetics are waterproof and won't short out, but their added weight makes him sink like a rock in water.
[*]He has horrible defensive and endurance skills, so if someone gets enough hits on him, he'll go down very fast.
[*]He's not one for stealth, preferring to fight enemies head on.
[*]Stormer's lightning has a usage limit as well, and if his lightning runs out, Raijin will overheat and become unusable until it recharges as a built-in safety precaution.
[*]Stormer's mind is haunted by the age old question of the measure of a transhuman, leading to some doubts in his mind in combat and some minor psychological scarring.
[*]If Stormer's core is damaged or ruptured and goes critical in combat, he will be forced to eject it, or it will explode inside him. He has a backup core built in for when this happens, but it will only last for only 6 hours before it fails. Stormer must get a replacement core in his system before then or he will die.

Personality: Stormer is a very honorable southern gentleman first and foremost. He possesses a strong sense of justice and honor, and he has a strict "no attacking innocents or children" policy. He is also a firm believer in the Straight Edge philosophy, which abstains from alcohol, smoking, or any other kind of modern vices. He is calm, cool, and collected, but can sometimes be a bit too serious and dense for his own good. Although he is a normally reasonable guy, he will attack you with wild abandon if you harm his girlfriend, children, or innocent civilians. He also can't stand racism, sexism, or any kind of prejudice toward others. Since his cyborgification, he has doubts in his mind as to whether or not he's still human, or just a lifeless machine. But despite these minor psyche issues, Stormer is much like a modern-day samurai, and is a force to be reckoned with, both on and off the battlefield.

Physical Appearance:
[*]Skin Color: White
[*]Eye Color: Blue
[*]Hair Style: Blonde layered teased spikes.

Attire:
[*]A black-grey fedora (called the Jaeger Fedora).
[*]A fine, black, tight Equilibrium-style longcoat, with buckles going down the right side of his chest.
[*]A pair of very formal-looking black pants.
[*]A pair of nice black boots with buckles going down the sides.
[*]A black belt.
[*]A pair of black fingerless gloves.
[*]A grey scarf wrapped around his neck.

Items & Weapons:
[*]Raijin- Stormer's murasama katana, named after the Japanese god of thunder. It is made of a special steel alloy, with a glowing silver blade and black hilt with chrome accents, and has the special ability to channel lightning for attacks thanks to special  internal circuitry created by Thorne Industries. The sword also comes with a special sheath with a trigger built into it, and firing the trigger while the sword is sheathed allows him to launch the blade at a foe at high speed for some serious damage. It's surprisingly lightweight, and was given to Stormer after his conversion by Dr. Thorne into a cyborg.
[*]Foudre- Stormer's backup katana that he pulls out when Raijin is recharging. It has a black handle with a chrome silver hilt, and is kept in a black sheathe with Stormer's name in white kanji characters on it when not in use. Unlike Raijin, Foudre is a normal katana, with no powers at all. It's name means "lightning" in French, a tribute to Arcadiana's French roots.
[*]Thunderbolt- A pair of lever shotgun-pistols that Stormer pulls out when he needs some ranged attacks, given to him by Dr. Thorne. They pack quite a punch, and have a bit of recoil. They hold 7 rounds each, and flip up to reload. The guns are jet black, with the Thorne Industries logo on the handles.

Fighting Style: His fighting style consists of a mix of parkouring and quick strikes with Raijin, utilizing his lightning attacks as well to dish out lots of pain to his foes. His samurai fighting style is known as Kazewokiru no Kairyō Raitoningu(Improved Lightning of Cutting Winds), passed down the Yamamoto bloodline since the Warring States era of Feudal Japan. It focuses on swift, skillful strikes with his sword on the target's weak points (originally used to strike at the areas in between an enemy samurai's armor plates) that are designed to dispatch enemies very quickly. When using Thunderstorm, he likes to dual-wield both guns to deal out twice the damage, but also doesn't fire until he's absolutely certain that the bullets will hit the target. He prefers to plan things out before running into things, and will take advantage of any visible weaknesses of a foe. Stormer likes to end battles as swiftly and skillfully as possible, adding a mix of class and style to his samurai fighting style.

Vehicles: None at the present moment.

Backstory: Stormer Aurion was born to a middle class family in 2137, in a semi-futuristic New Orleans with a large crime problem, much like it's real world counterpart. It is rich in history, blending French and futuristic elements seamlessly, with a very unique party atmosphere that can't be found anywhere else. The city is also a major trade center, and is one of the few places that isn't completely isolationist in the US. His parents are Marie Aurion, a lawyer who strives to keep her cases clean, and Dr. Thomas Aurion, a medical doctor who works in the emergency room. He has one sibling, a younger brother named Pixel who loves technology and video games.

As a child, he was bullied in school for his small size and timidity, until he met a classmate of his, Troy Walker. The two became the best of friends, as Troy helped fight off the bullies and protected Stormer, while Stormer helped him with homework. In school, they learned about how Nicolas Fidel was in control of the world, and how America had become isolationist many years ago. Both Troy and Stormer disliked Fidel, but they had no idea just how evil he really was. When they got to 8th grade a decade ago, however, tragedy struck as Troy was shot 3 times in the chest by a crazed gunman who broke into the school. As Troy laid dying in a tear-filled Stormer's arms, Stormer made a promise to him to become a stronger man, protect his friends and family, and never let something like this ever happen again.

Since that fateful day, Stormer has spent many long hours on learning how to become a fighter. He's studied parkour, marksmanship, and swordsmanship over the last 10 years. He's also taken public speaking courses to make himself more open, and has become a brilliant speaker as well. He went abroad to Japan at age 16 to learn Japanese swordsmanship since he had a love of the country, and his parents wanted him to learn more about other countries. He ended up meeting the girl of his dreams, Chiharu Yamamoto, a tech genius of a girl, along with her grandfather, Yoshimitsu Yamamoto, who became Stormer's teacher in the way of the samurai. Stormer and Chiharu grew very close, spent most of their days together, and eventually became a very loving couple. Yoshimitsu taught Stormer all he knew, and they developed a very strong master-student relationship. Unfortunately, old age caught up with Yoshimitsu, and as he lay on his deathbed, he went out with a smile, happy knowing his granddaughter was with someone strong and honorable, and that his samurai techniques had been passed on to a new generation. After 3 years in the land of the rising sun, it was time for Stormer to return to the states, and Chiharu decided to go with him, since her parents tragically died years ago and now that her grandfather had passed on, she had no one else left.

When Stormer arrived back home, he and Chiharu were welcomed back with open arms, and the two were set to graduate from Arcadiana State University. However, before that could happen, Fidel's forces rolled on in from the southern border of the United States, and began a military occupation of New Orleans to control the city's trade flow to supply GEIST.

He formed a small militia (calling themselves The Saints after the local football team) of a few like-minded individuals to combat the GEIST occupation of New Orleans. Stormer never once liked the fact that Fidel essentially controlled the whole planet, and this occupation of his home city was even more of a reason to hate Fidel. After about 6 months of guerrilla warfare, attacking GEIST supplies, and taking out scouting groups, they appeared to have finally driven out the GEIST forces. However, when GEIST fired orbit-to-surface missiles at all non-GEIST bases, they also targeted New Orleans to make an example of those who would rebel against Fidel. The missiles impacted on the city, resulting in a huge explosion that killed Stormer's family, reduced most of the city to rubble, and left Stormer and Chiharu nearly dead. 95% of the city's population was killed in the event, including all the militia members (save for Stormer and Chiharu).

This was not the end of Stormer's tale, as Stormer and Chiharu's bloodied, nearly dead bodies were brought in by a Beastial militia Warrant Officer by the name of Rabeaux to Dr. Asmodeus Thorne, head of Thorne Industries. Rabeaux was stationed at Facility Whiskey at the time, and after being sent to survey the damage to New Orleans, she found the duo and contacted Asmodeus to have them taken to his base. The good doctor performed a surgical cybernetic implantation on the two, and converted them into cyborgs to save their lives. When Stormer woke up, he was shocked to see that most of his body was now metal, and was horrified to learn that his family and the rest of his militia died and that his home was now nothing more than a flooded ruin. He woke up Chiharu with tears in his eyes, as the two of them were left only with each other. Dr. Thorne then gave a proposition to the both of them: become part of his secret army against the UN as thanks for him saving their lives. They gladly accepted, and became two of the Doctor's most loyal and powerful soldiers. Stormer trusts the Doctor well enough, but he can't help but notice that Asmodeus has this look of mad vengeance in his eyes...

Personal Quote: "I am the lightning of justice. For a brighter tomorrow, I will fight til I scream my last breath!"

Trivia:
[*]Stormer is essentially based off myself, and almost all his friends and family are based off of my own. Chiharu is also based on my real life girlfriend, who has the same name and lives in Japan.
[*]I never actually had a friend named Troy who died IRL, but I made him up to help show how my character got to be who he is. My character's parents are based of my real parents, but they aren't dead IRL.
[*]Despite sharing parts of his name with a Hero Factory character and Tales of Symphonia character, I did not have them in mind when deciding the name.
[*]Metal Gear Rising played a huge influence on my character's cyborg samurai aspect, and Raijin is based off of Jetstream Sam's HF Murasama from the same game. He is not a Raiden rip-off though, as the two characters are quite different.
[*]If he had a famous voice actor play his part, it'd be Johnny Young Bosch, in a voice similar to his Zero voice in MVC3. I think it fit the best to Stormer's age and personality. Plus, he played Adam Park, the second Black Ranger in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and I'm a huge Power Rangers/Super Sentai fan.
[*]Stormer's personal symbol is called the Fleur de Lightning, which looks like a silver Fleur de Lis with a white lightning bolt in front of it.
EDIT (11/16/17): This profile is currently undergoing heavy rewrites to bring it in line with my vastly improved writing and improve it while I reboot their story! All info you see here may be subject to change until this warning is gone!
